Jehovah Jireh: The Lord Will Provide

Repeatedly, God asked Abraham to trust and walk according to His promises so he could inherit the land by faith for the sake of his descendants. It is interesting how God makes a covenant with Abraham about the land even before the first descendant is born. Then He goes into detail about the descendants who will be as numerous as the stars, before actually telling who exactly is coming into the family to set the ball rolling. We see a plan here; God prepares the way first, and then He does what He promised, crossing the t's and dotting the i's.

We believe this has implications for how the Lord is going to fulfill His plan for Asia International Mission. In 2010 God led us to begin raising funds for a new Children’s Home in Tenali. That project has finally come to completion; and the new children have already begun to move in. We also began a drive to plant new churches in several unreached villages, and there are now 70 new churches.

Each year we receive requests to partner with other ministries around India. So this year we will be traveling to various regions of the country and praying how God will have us participate in the many ways He is working there.

Here is a listing of some of the needs found in the villages: Bibles, Clean water wells for Lepers, Sponsor a Pastor, Evangelistic open air meetings, Pastoral Training, and Disaster Relief. Prayer Requests

Pray for the safety of Christians that they may be able to gather in peace to encourage one another.

Pray for Christians who are seeking to evangelize their people.

Pray that God would protect Christians from the many natural disasters that frequently hit this area of the world.
